How does it work?

The sooner you enrol, less you pay.

The Early Enrolment Offer (EEO) is a support scheme that gives you between a 10% and 15% discount on the total cost of the course. It's just like booking your holiday, the sooner you sign up, the less you pay.
If you enrol at least 300 days before the course starts, you'll get a 15% discount, and if you enrol between 300 and 180 days before the course starts, you'll get a 10% discount.
But these discounts are limited. We recommend that you go ahead and enrol as soon as you're ready.

    Personal guidance

    A CIB advisor will contact you, guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

    Submit the admission form

    This is the most important step and is aimed at getting to know you, see your fit with our culture and your personal goals.

    Evaluation interview

    An online interview to assess your attitudes, your entrepreneurial character and willingness to be creative and innovative.

  • Step 5

    Get accepted in the CIB

    The admissions committee reviews all applications once a week. If the decision is positive, you will have one week to reserve your place.

  • Step 6

    Complete your enrollment

    If you are accepted, you will have five days to finalize the reservation and then two weeks to pay the enrollment fee.

  • What is an Early Enrollment Offer (EEO)?

    It's a subsidy scheme that works like booking a holiday, the sooner you sign up, the more discount you get.

    In order to alleviate the financial burden and secure your place on one of our future courses, the CIB offers a limited number of large discounts on each admission call.

    When an admission call has offered the maximum number of EEOs, the discount is postponed to the following call. So we recommend you go ahead and enrol as soon as you're ready.

  • How far in advance should I enrol?

    As a general rule, THE SOONER THE BETTER. It is not just about reserving your place and applying for an EEO (Early Enrollment Offer). It will also give you more time to prepare your documentation, organize your trip to Barcelona and find accommodation.

    The advantages of early enrollment:
    • Securing your place at the CIB.
    • Getting an early enrollment discount on the total cost of the course.
    • Having enough time to process your visa.
    • Finding well-priced accommodation.


    You can talk to our Student Services Office or your personal advisor whenever you need to.

  • What does the enrollment process involve once I've been accepted to the CIB?

    o benefit from an Early Enrollment Offer (EEO), you must complete the entire enrollment process and finalize your enrollment (by paying 30% of the total fees) before the date specified on our website.
    The average time it takes to enrol is approximately 15-30 days.

    Admission process:
    1. Send us your admission form, contact your advisor and pass the admission interview.
    2. Reserving your place: When you receive notification of admission, you will have 10 days to reserve your place by paying the pre-enrollment fee of €500.
    3. Enrollment: From that moment on you will have 20 days to pay 30% of the course fees, minus the pre-enrollment fee.
    4. Remaining balance: In order to pay the remaining 70% of cost of the fees, you can choose the payment method that best suits you and take advantage of early payment or early enrollment bonuses.

  • Are there any prerequisites?

    Yes.

    To benefit from an Early Enrollment Offer (EEO), you must complete the entire enrollment process and finalize your enrollment (by paying 30% of the total fees) before the date specified on our website.

    The average time it takes to enrol is approximately 15-30 days.

  • Can it be used in conjunction with other offers?

    The Early Enrollment Offer can be used in conjunction with the Early Payment discount of 6%, if you make a single payment and the payment date is within 60 days of the start of the course.

  • Are there any more offers available?

    We offer three discounts in total:

    1. EEO (Early Enrollment Offer): between 10 and 15% discount depending on how far in advance you register. This offer has a limited number of places per year. Our website is always updated.
    2. Early payment: Discount of 6% that can be used in conjunction with the EEO, if a single payment is made and the date of payment is within 60 days of the start of the course.
    3. Alumni: All CIBers get a 15% discount on any CIB course they register for. Always.

  • Is there a grants and financial support program?

    The CIB does not have a grant scheme. As an international institution, we have students from all over the world applying for grants, and as much as we would like to, we can't help everyone.

    However, we do offer our EEO (Early Enrollment Offer) scheme: the sooner you enrol, the less you pay.

    It is also worth noting that the CIB rewards talented students who sign up for our programmes. If we see that you have great potential to become a CIBer, we will provide you with opportunities for further training on any of our courses.

  • What does the price include?

    All published prices include all supplies, field trips with their meals and hotel nights, materials, work tools, a complete knife set, backpack, and insurance.

    There are no hidden costs or surprises.

    The price does not include accommodation in Barcelona. But we can help you look for somewhere to live while you study with us.

    What it includes
    • Uniform and equipment: all the equipment you will need for the entire course.
    • All ingredients and raw materials included: at no other school in the world will you handle and cook with as much raw material as at the CIB, and it's all included in the price.
    • All the experiences: all activities, both inside and outside the CIB, are included in the price.
    • CIB membership: You will be a CIBer for the rest of your life. You'll have access to exclusive offers, perks and job opportunities.
    • Use of the facilities, your new laboratory: you will have unlimited access to our spaces dedicated to experimentation, meetings and teamwork.
